An embedded mobile donor experience paired with a web admin dashboard for a major hospital. The admin panel was rebuilt from the ground up in CSS Grid, with a dedicated private sponsor-cases flow.
The problem
The existing donor admin had grown brittle and slow. The hospital needed a reliable dashboard and a private flow for sensitive sponsor cases.
Our approach
We rebuilt the admin layout from scratch on CSS Grid, separated the private sponsor-cases workflow, and embedded a clean donor experience into the mobile surface.
